Business internet connection
Your internet connection is the foundation of all digital activities: telephony, cloud services, remote working, CCTV and payments. Yet most businesses simply put up with it. We analyse your actual needs, then explore the entire market
ICT Vision: your independent connectivity partner
Choosing a business internet connection shouldn’t be a gamble. Yet that’s often the case: businesses sign up with the first provider they come across, without making a proper comparison, analysing their needs or checking coverage.
The result: inadequate speeds, no guarantee of service restoration, support that’s impossible to reach, and a bill that doesn’t match the service provided

Needs analysis Needs analysis
Needs analysis
Audit of your digital usage: number of users, critical applications (VoIP, ERP, cloud, video conferencing), data volume, remote working, cameras, IoT. We don’t start with the technology — we start with what you do on a day-to-day basis.
-
Eligibility assessment Eligibility assessment
Eligibility assessment
Checking the technologies available at your exact address: FTTH/FTTB fibre, VDSL, coaxial cable, fixed 4G/5G, leased line, SD-WAN. Every address is different — we don’t guess, we check.

Comparison and recommendations Comparison and recommendations
Comparison and recommendations
We review the entire market — with no favouritism and no hidden commissions. We compare offers based on your criteria: speed, symmetrical connectivity, SLA, price, contract term and redundancy. You’ll receive a clear report with our reasoned recommendation.

Commissioning Commissioning & monitoring
Commissioning
We coordinate the installation with the selected operator, configure your router/firewall, set up QoS to prioritise critical traffic (voice, video), and validate the actual throughput through performance tests; we then monitor the line throughout the entire contract period.
Does this sound like you?
Your staff are complaining about slow speeds. Video conferences keep cutting out. The cloud is slow. The problem isn’t always the bandwidth — it’s often poor network sizing or a lack of QoS. We diagnose and fix the issue.
Without an SLA, there’s no guarantee of service restoration. We select packages with service level commitments and set up an automatic backup line.
Many businesses pay for a premium leased line when a business fibre connection would suffice — or vice versa. We tailor the quality-to-price balance to your actual needs.
This is the most common scenario. The business has inherited a contract signed years ago, without knowing whether it’s still relevant. Our free audit sets everything straight.
Feasibility study, comparison of quotes, coordination of the installation, commissioning — we manage everything from A to Z.
VoIP is very sensitive to latency and jitter. We’ll check whether your connection is suitable and configure QoS to prioritise voice.
Fixed 4G/5G solutions, Starlink or temporary connections. We’ll find a solution even for unusual situations.
Cloud migration = higher bandwidth, greater reliability. We’ll assess your connection’s capacity before the migration to avoid any nasty surprises.
We centralise management, negotiate group rates, and set up an inter-site VPN or SD-WAN where necessary.
Redundancy with automatic failover: if the main line goes down, traffic switches to the backup line within seconds. We design the architecture and implement it.
Technologies we evaluate for you
- Fibre optics (FTTH / FTTB) — Symmetrical speeds of up to 10 Gbps. Ideal for businesses that rely heavily on cloud services, video conferencing and file transfers. Increasingly available in Belgium.
- VDSL / Vectoring — Up to 70/30 Mbps. A mature technology, available almost everywhere. Sufficient for SMEs with standard usage.
- Coaxial cable (DOCSIS) — High download speeds (up to 1 Gbps). Asymmetric. A good option if fibre is not available.
- Leased line — Dedicated connection, guaranteed speed, strict SLA. For businesses where availability is critical (healthcare, finance, industry).
- Fixed 4G/5G (FWA) — A fast alternative when wired connections are unavailable, or as a backup. Immediate deployment.
- SD-WAN — Intelligent aggregation of multiple links (fibre + 4G + VDSL). Automatic failover, traffic prioritisation, centralised visibility. Ideal for multi-site environments.
- Satellite (LEO) — For coverage gaps or very remote sites. Reduced latency thanks to new constellations.
Equipment and configuration
- Professional router — Integrated firewall, QoS, VPN, failover. No domestic provider’s box.
- QoS (Quality of Service) — Prioritisation of critical traffic: VoIP, video conferencing, cloud ERP. Your phone calls won’t cut out when someone is downloading a file.
- Automatic failover — Seamless switchover to the backup line. Your teams won’t even notice the outage.
- Site-to-site VPN — Secure tunnel between your various sites. Private network extended over the public internet.
- Proactive monitoring — 24/7 monitoring of your connection. Alerts in the event of a performance drop before you even notice it.

Why ICT Vision?
-
Complete independence — We are not a telecoms provider. No commercial ties, no commissions, no quotas. Our sole aim is to find the connection that perfectly matches your needs.
-
Technical expertise, not just brokerage. We understand QoS, latency, jitter, symmetry, SLAs, routing and failover. We know why your VoIP calls drop, and how to fix it.
-
Needs analysis before any recommendations. A law firm does not have the same needs as a logistics warehouse. We understand your specific situation before recommending a solution.
-
End-to-end responsibility. From analysis to commissioning, from router configuration to monitoring: a single point of contact, a single point of responsibility.
-
Personalised support and responsiveness. Direct line, WhatsApp, almost immediate assistance. In the event of a fault, we liaise with the operator – no waiting.
-
You remain the owner. Own your IT. You sign the contract directly with the network operator. If you switch providers tomorrow, you keep your connection, router and settings.

What this means in practice
The right connection at the right price. No costly over-specification, nor under-specification that paralyses your business. We strike the right balance between performance, reliability and budget. On average, our customers save 20–40 per cent compared to their previous connection — or get twice the bandwidth for the same price.
Guaranteed business continuity. With a redundant architecture (dual link + failover), your business stays connected even if one line goes down. Your staff carry on working without interruption. Your VoIP phone system stays up and running.
One number to call. No more juggling between the telecoms provider, the network installer and the IT service provider. ICT Vision is your single point of contact for everything to do with your connectivity. We coordinate, we escalate, we resolve.
Our commitments
- Guarantee of impartiality — No commercial ties to any telecoms provider. Our recommendations are 100 per cent objective.
- Guarantee of transparency — A comprehensive analysis report with a detailed comparison of quotes.
- Responsiveness Guarantee — Support provided within 2 hours (on working days) in the event of a fault.
- Performance Guarantee — Post-installation real-world speed tests. If the results don’t match, we’ll take action.
